Music therapy is a clinical evidence-based practice that uses music-based interventions to work on non-musical goals conducted by a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC).

Sessions may include singing, movement, music listening, music-based discussion, songwriting, improvisation and playing musical instruments.
